The Full Story

My Why

As a young kid, I spent my days in the kitchen with my mom.  She made Caribbean food from scratch using fresh ingredients.  The smell and warmth would fill the house.  My mom, me, and the food built an unbreakable bond in her kitchen.  In honor of her legacy, I went to school to become a chef.  With every lesson, my passion for creating beautiful invigorating food grew.  I was given the opportunity to gain techniques to cook using a variety of styles, including American, Mediterranean, Asian, French, and other gourmet fine dining, but Caribbean style is my passion. This led me to develop my own Mediterranean style with a Caribbean twist.
